JIM TAN YEW YAW

Jim is the founding principal and registered architect of XCUBE Architects. He has more than 20 years of experience in the building industry and is also an avid technologist and data manager for the building practices.

In 2006, he was part of the project team implementing BIM to the Brunei government for Autodesk Consulting, transforming the organization from 2D practices to adopting BIM. In 2008, he is also part of the pilot team involved in BCA BIM e-submission, where he trained and guided the participating firm to adopts BIM e-submission in a 3 months program.

Jim has successfully contributed in at least 25 established constructions project in Singapore and overseas. He is also actively involved in community projects and has been regularly invited to speak about digital transformation for the built environment.

CHIA HUI TEEN

Hui Teen is a registered architect and Associate Partner of XCUBE Architect. She has been practicing for more than 15 years as a Qualified Person in the building industry.

Hui Teen has been involved in design, development, construction and project management for at least 20 construction projects in Singapore. She has successfully managed major projects which include Marina Business Financial Centre, Mera Prime Condominium and Anglo Chinese School prior to joining the practice.

She is also a qualified Design for Safety Professional since 2017.

YAP KIN FUNG

ARCHITECT

Being involved in the the construction industry for over 30 years, Kin Fung has worked on many large scaled prestigious residential projects, including Reflections@Keppel Bay and South Beach.

With his vast experience and knowledge of large scale developments, he was often tasked by many established developers such as Keppel Land Ltd and City Development Ltd, as a project manager for their projects.

Kin Fung has a thorough grasp of all aspects of large-scale project development, which includes cost & quality control and building impact on environment and community. Besides being an Architect, he is also a Design-For-Safety Consultant for numerous condominium projects.

CHONG KHAI BOON

ASSOCIATE

Khai Boon graduated from University of Malaya, Malaysia and joined XCUBE Architects as Graduate Architect in 2017.

He has been involved in more than 10 projects in XCUBE Architects since joining the practice and is currently leading the team in design, project compliances, project management and digital practices.

Khai Boon is also very well verse in Building Information Modelling and has been trained to perform the role of BIM Architect / Manger in projects.
